Photos from 'The Griffith Collection'

The Griffith Collection' is an on going project by our Society involving the copying and displaying of photographs of historical interest.  The collection started in 1981 and now consists of over 9.000 photos.

Some of the photographs from the collection have been used for the following publications:

  •  Griffith & District Pioneer Families series. (out of print) (Surnames in books)

  •  Early Griffith & District - A Pictorial History.  (out of print)

  •  This'll do me' -  A Short History of Griffith & District

  •  Griffith - From Burrinjuck to Bagtown & Beyond.

  •  Centenary of the Griffith District 1916 to 2016'

Some of the photos are shown in our quarterly journal the Ibis Links.
